Ella Kanninen is a well known and experienced Finnish journalist and tv-host. Her career began with Yle's Morning TV and she has worked as a news anchor on TV1 and as a journalist-host on the 'Puoli seitsemän' program. Ella is fluent in six languages and has written several books about Italian culture and food.

Katharina Falke is a strategic and impact-driven HR leader with over 15 years of experience guiding global organizations through complex people transformations. At Wärtsilä, she leads international HR initiatives spanning Total Rewards, HR systems implementation, and process optimization, all within matrixed, high-stakes environments.She is known for designing and executing multi-year transformation roadmaps, including global Time & Payroll operations. As Process and Application Owner, she has led both direct and cross-functional teams to deliver future-state digital solutions, manage multi-million-euro budgets, and translate HR strategy into operational excellence.

Bart is based in Amsterdam, currently a VP HR Brand & Locations at TomTom, bringing experience from previous roles at bol.com and TomTom. He is managing TomTom`s People Experience & Operations team. In this role he manages a team of 75+ people across the globe looking after talent attraction, branding, communication, insights and services delivery of their People team.

EVP, HUMAN RESOURCES | Vaisala (FI)
Timo is leading HR at Vaisala, a global measurement technology company enabling climate action. He joined the company and its Leadership Team in October 2021. Previously, he worked as SVP, HR at Konecranes and has held senior HR leadership roles at Fiskars Group and Nokia.
Timo has a Master's degree in psychology and is pursuing doctoral studies at Henley Business School. Leskinen specializes in developing people strategies, leading organizational transitions, advancing DEI, and enhancing talent management to align with corporate goals. His leadership focuses on driving strategic initiatives and fostering cultures of continuous improvement and integration in global settings..
SUZANNE DEE PEDERSEN
VP OF GLOBAL DIVERSITY & INCLUSION | Nova Nordisk (DK)
Suzanne is an open-minded stakeholder-savvy leader with extensive experience leading from a strategic platform, engaging larger teams, and navigating complexity to enable results. Throughout her career, she has led ambitious organizational transformation, process optimization, and service innovation for impact and results. She holds a BSc in International Business Administration and Modern Languages, an MSc in Economics and Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Management, and a PhD in Business Administration, specializing in Learning and Innovation.

Niklas is a goal driven, determined and development oriented professional. For the past 10 years he has been working at Kesko as Vice President for HR Operations. Responsibility area includes Com & Ben, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR systems and processes and operational HR services (e.g. Payroll, advisory, employee life cycle management).

PhD, PHILOSOPHER & RESEARCHER, ASSISTANT PROFESSOR | Aalto University (FI)
Frank, PhD, is a philosopher and researcher of psychology specialized in meaningfulness, human motivation and how organizations and institutions can unleash human potential. He is a Assistant Professor at Aalto University, and has spoken to more than one hundred audiences worldwide, with invited lectures in universities on four continents, including Stanford University and Harvard University. He’s been interviewed for the New York Times, CNN, Fox News, Times, Discover Magazine, Le Monde, Die Süddeutsche Zeitung, Vice News, Wired Japan, and Monocle Observer among others. Frank was also one of the co-founders and chairman of the board of Filosofian Akatemia, a company specialized in measuring engagement, motivation and meaningfulness at work, and consulting organizations on how to make worklife better
